Who we are
Lyra Crafts Studio ("we", "us") is a creative and performance marketing agency. We build websites, run paid media and create brand and social content for businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, we ask for:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- your business website
- anything you choose to tell us about your business and what you need
- which package you clicked, if you opened the form from a package
The form doesn't store anything on our website. When you press send, it opens your own email app or WhatsApp with your message filled in, and we receive it only if you send it from there.
When you book a call through our calendar, the booking page is run by Google Calendar. We receive the name, email address and time you choose, plus anything else you add to the booking.
When you message us on WhatsApp, by email or through our social media pages, we receive your message and the contact details that come with it.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- to reply to you and arrange your call
- to prepare for the call, for example by looking at your website and public ads
- to send you a proposal or quote if you ask for one
- to run the work if you become a client, including invoices and reporting
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the business and talk to you: Google (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Meet) and WhatsApp. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
If you become a client, we only share what's needed to do the work, for example with the ad platforms we run your campaigns on.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and it doesn't run tracking pixels. If we add tools like these, for example Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to measure our own ads, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to talk with you about working together, or to run and support a project with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, for example the UK, the EU or California, you may have further rights under local privacy laws. Email lyracraftsstudio@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They aren't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
